About Emma Bridgewater
All of the pottery from Emma Bridgewater is made from cream-coloured earthenware at the de-facto home of British pottery in Stoke-on-Trent. The factory site was first opened in 1883, by the Meakin brothers (the Meakin brothers were well-known manufacturers of earthenware in Stoke during the period of the mid-to-late 1800's). Today over 200 people are employed at the factory, assiduously producing the bespoke pottery bearing the Emma Bridgewater mark.
Of course, you'll find lots more at the Emma Bridgewater website than just a great selection of beautiful mugs! You'll find a unique selection of bespoke pottery designs and other products that you simply cannot buy anywhere else. Products include plates, vases, dishes, and much else. And, for every season and special occasion, you're certain to find the perfect product, whether it's for Halloween or Christmas, or other special times of year.
